It's a great sugar alternative but the ingredients say its made from corn not birch bark. For this reason I will not be purchasing this again, but that's not to say I wouldn't recommend. It tastes like sugar, the quality and packaging is great and its great to use in your morning coffee.
Found Dr Ellie on youtube and her approach to oral care with evidence made me take a look at xylitol. I like this brand and I like that this is organic. It is pleasant tasting in the mouth for using as part of her protocol. We make organic cacao drinks and add this to it for a bit of sweetness instead of sugar or honey and it is perfect. I would like the bags to be bigger but otherwise I think this is an excellent product and fairly priced.
Yes please! Xylitol is amazing and this Xylitol is sourced from an organic renewable non-GMO corn husks that would otherwise go to waste. I will definitely be buying this again, plus my family loves it.
Love this stuff. I use it for oral health. A small scoop after meals & swish for few minutes. Taste great. I never ingest it & don't bake with it.
