It’s mild sweet, regular granule, not powder not coarse either. Need to stir to melt. Taste is OK if you are looking for something to sweeten your coffee without all the calories or raising your blood sugar level rapidly but do NOT expect any Vanilla taste whatsoever. In short, it is an overpriced sweetener with decent sweetness minus the promised vanilla flavor.
This is a good quality xyletol made from birch as opposed to corn. The only brand I buy. I tried the vanilla as I like adding a vanilla flavouring to my coffee, but there was a strange taste to it. It didn't taste like normal xyletol with vanilla. A bit of an odd aftertaste.
What a great tasting sweetener. I have used this in tea, coffee, frosting and other baking items. It always tastes fresh, no after-taste what so ever. Finally, a sweetener with just a hint of vanilla that tastes and works as good as anyone would want!
This tastes nothing like vanilla. I am giving it a good review since it is the best sugar alternative I could find for coffee . However the vanilla flavor is misleading as it tastes nothing like vanilla
