Sugarless, Plant Based Sugar Alternative, 16 oz (453 g)

I was searching alternative to table sugar for making summer dessert. I use Monk Fruit Sweetener with Erythritol for baking but not for a dessert to refrigerate. It crystallizes. The Health Garden, Sugarless, Erthritol Stevia doesn't make my summer dessert crystallize. Moreover, even though it has Stevia, I don't have after-taste, which is characteristic of Stevia.

I brought this to my my brother and his wife, and they started using this in ther coffee without noticing that it is not sugar, hahahaa.

I love to use this composition of erythritol with stevia in my dessert recipes as it brings out the sweetness even more than erythritol by itself. The quality by Health Garden is great, price is reasonable and I will usually stock it up if there is any special offer. Worth replacing sugar with such calorie free substitute.
