I enjoy having a melatonin chewable and these are not too sweet. The texture and taste is great and the dosage is perfect for melatonin.

I used melatonin on my trip to EU. When I woke up at 2 a.m. due to a jetlag, I took 2 gummies and fell asleep again within half an hour, slept till 6-7 a.m. So seems to work well. Taste was ok too.

It's really hard to find good quality organic melatonin gummies or pills. So, I found this one after my favorite Strong Earth brand and it works for now and the ingredients are ok.
