These work well, I take the one pill dosage around an hour before bed and they help me drift off and mostly stay asleep (i have insomnia). Don't leave me feeling groggy and tired the next day like others. Good quality and ingredients, but the size of the tablets is a little large.

sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. sometimes I woke up refreshed and sometimes I woke up groggy. I don't think I'd get this again.
