I have recently started to take this product and already, I am very happy with the results. I only ordered it because the Probiotic that I always bought before..."Ora's Trust Your Gut" wasn't in stock. I am very happy to have discovered this one, because I find that it is just as effective and beneficial to my gut and mental health as the "Trust Your Gut" from Ora and it costs less than half of the price of Ora's Probiotic, which is a very lovely bonus! It has worked wonders for my gut/digestion problems and also my mental health continues to improve very significantly. It has many advantages, e.g. it contains both probiotics and prebiotics, it is an organic product, the capsules are delayed-release, they don't have to be kept in the fridge, they are gluten, dairy and soy-free and they don't contain any artificial ingredients. This product definitely has no disadvantages and many advantages and I will definitely continue to buy it.

Really good for your digestive system, especially the intestines. The proportion of the probiotic is great

Didnt see any changes but Im sure its good. it has more bifidobacteria than lactobacillus which is good for me and it contains also a strain that is said to be good for upper respiratory infects. I had no constipation with it which is good and for the prize I was absolutely 👍🏼 about the quality. taste is good I mixed it in Quark. (like a joghurt only less fat)

like the quality of this brand probiotics. it have proven probiotics strains that good for gut health.

Been finding lots of success with Nature’s Way Probiotics. I previously for a few years only took the 1 billion options which had a bit of noticeable difference, but then after a bit of feeling unwell and weak, decided to try the new 50+ options by Nature’s Way such as this Fortify one and can see and feel a big difference with digestion, weight loss, less foggy mind and recovery from sickness (after taking about 150 billion dose a day for about a week). So I would personally recommend giving this and the Natures Way range a try for gut issues.

My dad recently started taking probiotics and we decided to try this one out since it had great reviews. He’s noticed a huge change (for the better) in how he feels after eating meals — he doesn’t feel bloated or gassy. He really likes this probiotic and notices a difference if he happens to run out and skip it for a few days. Recommended!
