Only been a short time taking this as part of a vitamin stack. So far so good. Improved clarity and less excess noise. General improvement and focus. Will be purchasing again or something similar as this is the first of its kind I have.
Postage didn’t take long at all. As for dose just started at one a day in the morning as soon as I wake up. Wouldn’t say there are any negative side effects yet.

I found out that one of the ingredients is something very hard and natural, so I ended up throwing it in the garbage. Because when it got to my house I took a picture of the label, used Google Lense to copy all the text and I asked my AI app to tell me about the ingredients. But I did not return it because I feel that I should have looked into the ingredients before deciding to buy it. My AI app said that the 1 ingredient that concerned me won't hurt most people's body. But I simply am not comfortable with the idea. Some people are fine with ingesting certain fillers, some people are not. Zoom in and take a screenshot of the ingredients image and copy the text. It combines three other pills, so I'm taking less now. But, as to the effectiveness, that's yet to be determined. Requesting a review on a vitamin that has only been administered for less than a year, should be known that the person taking the herb/pill won't have accurate information to pass along, yet.
