IP6 Gold®, Immune Support Formula, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

I have been giving my dog this supplement. She was diagnosed with cancer in January, so far she is still with us and seems to be doing very well.

These really seem to help keep me well during the cold and flu season. I do take some other immune system support supplements along with these, but these seem to be a game changer. I had taken these during the winter months (January-March, at least) in 2024 and then stopped taking them. I came down with a cold in August and then something a little worse in December 2024 and decided I needed to take them again. I started taking them again in January 2025 and have been blessed to have stayed well when plenty of others around me became ill. I’d recommend them. I do take around 8 a day, 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening, which is the equivalent to one scoop of the powder. If I felt something possibly coming on or around someone who was sick, I did take up to 16.

I recently tried the IP6 Gold® Immune Support Formula, and after using it for a few weeks, I’m impressed with its results. This supplement is formulated with a potent blend of Inositol and IP6 (myo-inositol hexaphosphate), both of which are naturally occurring compounds that offer a range of health benefits, particularly for immune support and antioxidant protection.

I take the powder on empty stomach upon waking, and then I take these capsules (8) in the afternoon about 4pm on empty stomach, and then eat 2 hrs later when I get home from work. 8 capsules are equivalent to one scoop of powder, but it’s a lot easier taking them in afternoon than having the powder. Needless to say, IP6 Gold is an excellent supplement for the immune system.

I’m giving IP-6 Inositol a try. It’s often discussed for its antioxidant properties and its potential role in supporting immune function and cellular health. I have tried it without the capsule and has a really neutral taste so the powdered form might be cool as well to try greater doses

The ingredients are excellent quality, the capsules are easy to take, and the packaging is fantastic. I will use it for my 1st time, and I will share my feedback accordingly
