Although not as much efficient for me than another product with 10mg of melatonin, I choose to alternate with that one which stills works fine. The ingredients are carefully selected, also good against depression, and I have never been disappointed with MRM products. I trust that brand for quality at a reasonable price.

I have tried multiple sleep aids and decided to try this product. After reading the reviews I took one pill before bed and the next time took the two pill recommended dosage. A lovely, good quality formula to support both healthy sleep and emotional balance. The melatonin paired with mood enhancing/calming ingredients like 5-HTP & ashwagandha make for noticeable benefits in overall well-being. I do not feel groggy in the morning when taking this. Sometimes I opt for just 1 capsule.
Great product, it helps me sleep more continuously. I'm not sure if the original purpose is to help you fall asleep, but in my case, I didn't feel it helped with falling asleep rather, it helped me stay asleep.
These sleeping pills work perfectly for those with insomnia like myself. The Ashwaghanda helps calm you down before sleeping that your mind is not rushing with thoughts. I only take one pill, but sometimes I reach for two if I know I have to wake up early for work. I hope they make melatonin free version of this just because I have been seeing studies that suggest melatonin maybe is not healthy longer term for human brain. Overall, I recommend this product and this brand.
