The packaging is quite dense, well sealed. The taste is neutral, does not cause irritation. The ingredients are good, the composition is generally liked. Lutein and zeaxanthin are powerful antioxidants that protect cells from free radical damage. By absorbing excess blue light, lutein and zeaxanthin help protect the eyes from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays. Blueberry extract, due to its anthocyanidins, helps to improve blood. Good size.
Bought these for eye health. I love the fact that they are quick release softgels. They are really small but pack a punch in what they contain. Really easy to take! Recommended, although I wish it contained >39 gels
