It is a great supplement because the diversity of the strains is pretty incredible and also, incorporating a few capsules to home made oat milk or rice milk yogurt with inulin powder and honey as prebiotics even multiplies them by a factor of...I think the number doubles for each hour of fermentation in the yogurt maker...I just set my yogurt maker for 36 hours with 4 capsules of this great product and wow! The result is astounding !

I take this with another Swanson product, rhamnosus (?). And sporadically with akkermansia. My eczema, that I've been dealing with for over 25 years has significantly cleared up. I'm very happy with this product, my 3rd bottle was just delivered. I take this on an empty stomach, no issues.
