Great product. My daughter had been taking this for 2 years before going onto prescription melatonin due to regulation through the doctor. She has ADHD so she struggles to get to sleep.When she is having a particularly bad night, she tops up with a chew, and it works a treat. She doesn't mind the taste at all.

I give a half of one of these to my son (7) at bedtime. It helps so much helping him wind down for bed. The bottle lasts a really long time as well. They taste great and I love that they use calming herbs along with the melatonin in the ingredients. I’ve taken one full gummy for myself and found them help me wind down as well.
