These tablets are tasteless, pleasing size, and easy to swallow. Suggested dose is 1 to 2 tablets once or twice daily or as directed by your healthcare provider. I initially started off taking one tablet and increased to 2 tablets daily. I’ve only been taking for about 2 fulls weeks; therefore, I cannot give my total experience. Noted to be certified organic and has a powerful blend of amazing herbs! I look forward to the results!!!
