My lashes grew longer after taking this for a month. For fear of acne due to biotin, I took a zinc citrate supplement with this. Two tabs a day. My lashes are very very stubby and fine but free out nicely with this. Along with a lash serum. But the lash serum didn’t give any effects for months until I started adding this to my diet. See pics. Just reordered another batch of bottles. This supplement has the best quality and ingredients for me, and it made me glow from the inside! I now have lavish hair again, beautiful nails, and a healthy complexion. Two bottles took me three months to finish, but I gotta order many bottles. I hope they have a bigger bottle size though.

Love this but it’s frequently out of stock. Dosage is one pill per day and it’s easy to eat and swallow without smell or taste. I do notice better hair growth for it but the first time taking it, my skin broke out a bit but healed quickly.

Buy this product after review of my friend. She used it a while and after 3 month she saw a good benefits. The skin was bright and the hair was healthy. Thats why i bought one bottle and start to try. So the size of pills are normal, taste neutral for me.

Those tablets are great, they r very beneficial they contain a lot of components and really help me grow my hair. it has no strong taste or nothing and the size is perfect for 3 or 4 months of use. very nice quality worth the money

Well this product is for those who don’t have a big problem with their nails. I must admit it was not strong enough for me. But it gave me a funny effect on my hair which started to get fluffy. So it worked somehow but not for my purposes. So I can’t recommend it really but I’ll let everyone to decide for themselves.
