The tablets are medium to large sized. It contains silica and horse tail extract as ingredients. My experience has been great my nails are strong and grow long as well as my hair BUT because it strengthens hair it also grew my body hair a lot as well 🤣 so beware of that. The quality seems to be well with no side effect. The package is sturdy and it has really benefitted me. May it benefit you too.
