I've used Debrox for about 15 years and so glad iHerb is finally carrying it. My son has very narrow ear canals, so wax builds up easily. And for me now using earbuds more often the past few years for daily meditations & zoom calls, I need it too. We've tried other products over the years and Debrox is the one that works best.
I use it to clean family’s ears, even my little one at three years old, it is oil like and does not smell. For bigger wax, we put the oil in and try to remove the was the next day. and it work very well.

I've literally tried dozens of such products with mixed results. The only one that consistently produced results was Debrox. It's value for money considering what it can do. I leave it on for 15-20 minutes before flushing my ear with water. Clears out the wax every time.

I was having some pain/itching in my ear and I tried these drops, it really helped. when i went to the doctor she said there was no wax blockage, so i think that it was effective. the product feels oily but has a sweet scent, and it's easy to use.
