If you want to clean the gunk out of your eyes without causing damage, then this is for you. The package contains the syringe and the drops. To use, apply drops in the ear and then use the syringe to pull the wax and gunk out. It’s great for older folks and kids, so the ear can be cleansed easily. It feels so much better especially when you can hear!
A quality easy to use product with no scent. The size may be a little large for tiny ear canals, the package includes a storage container that allows moisture to evaporate preventing any issues with mould or rinsing. My hearing has improved and I did not feel any discomfort or irritation from the drops as I have sensitive ears. I found it effective, good value and recommend this product.
Tried it and my inner ear seem cleaned. I don't see anything come out from my ears, during the irrigation. Just having good thought that, so long as I did the cleaning, then so be it,
Smells terrible, don’t like the scent. I use it for dark spots. The quality is nice and lasts. The size is decent, and doesn’t age fast. The package came quickly and this item benefits my acne. There is no scent which is good. The packaging was good and secure. I think the syringe size is a bit too big. I’ve used it a few times and it wasn’t bad.

Comes with glycerin drops, ear basin, and a syringe sprayer. Five minutes of soften-and-spray pulled out a wax plug that had muted my headphones for weeks. Alcohol-free formula means zero burn, but have a towel ready...the tidal wave exit is real. It's a bit of a weird feeling, but effective. Cheaper than a clinic visit and strangely satisfying. Quite a good quality product and a good price-value
