These are great candles, on the thicker side than other brands but I think that is what makes them extremely effective. They cleared my sinuses as well as my blocked ears. The only draw back is that they have a smoky scent and they should be used with all windows open in the house.
I LOVE having my ears candled, and these candles are very good quality. I'm so glad iherb carries them as ear candles are hard to find now. As long as you know what you're doing and are careful, you can safely and effectively use these candles to remove excess wax and buildup from your ears. My hubby creates more wax than I do, so it's more fun when I do his ears. Hehe. I will purchase these again.
It DOESNT “clean” your ears, it’s just a “meditation”-like session with weird sounds and a lot of smoke I was afraid to use it by myself, so be careful with it)
Non painful ear cleaning experience for both young and old, I tried on my kid as young as 3 and parents as old as 65, they love the after effect and anxious to see what comes out from their ears by opening up the last quarter of the candle stick. Some looks like dry white powder and some looks like dark yellowish lumps. Always have a towel covering the face and hair, overall safe to use.

fantastic quality took of my ear wax quite easily no scent and I did feel the benefit of it.
I really liked the feeling after using it, there is only 4 candles for 2 uses, i used it once and felt that my ears felt open, clean and i felt like the pressure was relieved from my ears.
