It’s really amazing how much gunk is in the ears. This quality product contains everything you need in a handy package. To use, apply the liquid, wait for a few, then rinse. It’s amazing! It’s feels great and you can hear better with all of the wax removed. It’s a great value compared to going to ER (I know someone who did that btw).
was not quite what I expected. the drops definitely loosen the wax but I found it awkward to then rinse out and remove the wax
It involves using a rubber bulb syringe to squirt water or a saline solution into the ear canal. When the water or solution drains out of the ear, it also flushes out loose ear wax. Use wax-softening ear drops before rinsing out your ear for the best results. And be sure to warm the solution to your body temperature.

This product fixed my ear pain but I was expecting a better outcome as far as getting all of the wax out.
Below average I'm not sure if it works or not. I guess it does clear my ear wax a little bit, but no I don't and never got any ear wax coming out of my ear when I flush it. I know this because I flush my ear and all of it goes into this white bin I prepare before hand - not the same white cup that comes in the box. I've use this several times now, each time followed the instructions, so it's not a one and done. Twice daily for 4 days. Maybe I don't have impacted ear wax but then again I know I do cause it comes out when I get it cleaned at the doctor's office. The earplugs are a nice touch, I've found a different use for that. The free tool was useless ended up losing it and then threw it out when it was found and got accidentally vacuumed. The
I use Neil Med sinus rinse and have had good results with it so I tried their earwax removal aid and was also pleased . It's a good product and does a good job.
