This is legit Manuka Doctor. I love the quality ingredient of this Manuka honey. High MGO at an affordable price. I wish there is a 500g size available for many dosage. Taste is good to my liking. It is creamy and I know I would get the good benefits from this honey.
The size is quite small and the price is not low, however given the quality and ingredients it is still far cheaper than shops, it tastes rich and natural. I take one spoon per dosage when I feel slightly sick, hopefully beneficial to my immune system in the flu season.
Love this honey and its good for you. The quality is fantastic. The taste is outstanding. I use a recipe everyday mixed with ceylon cinnamon. Its great for my diet. In my recipe i mix 2 tbsps if the honey with 1 tbsp of the ceylon cinnamon. I use a 1/4 tsp and spread it on my sprouted bread toast every morning . Its benefits your A1C.
I am using this medicinally with black cumin seed oil for immune health. I tsp a day of each blended together with some warm water. It does have a wonderful flavor and is very high quality but more expensive. I got this on a sale but would consider ordering again.
