When everyone in the house got sick I added this hoping for some benefits and no one got better any faster/easier. I assume the antioxidants were beneficial but we saw no help with immunity. They have a slight aftertaste that you might burp up so be sure to take with food. The size of the pills is pretty large.
I give this to the fam just before we feel something coming on and it works wonders. Often it stops whatever we have coming on directly in its tracks and where the illness persisted, the duration and severity significantly reduced. I've purchased Quercetin Immune multiple times and recommended to many of my family and friends.
