You can't find this package in Europe, and other OTC stuff is not as strong as this one. This one will give you old-school benefits, as bismuth salts aren't in use in OTC here. Your stool will turn black, but that's normal. They dissolve quite fast too if their size isn't ok for you to swallow, but mind that your tongue may get dark as well.

For me it works very well. I don’t use it often but it’s always in my purse. I didn’t notice a strange scent of the pills. They seem a good quality and I really like the combination of price, effectiveness and the size of the package. I recommend it!
