I've noticed an improvement since taking this supplement, I feel so much better, it tastes okay considering it has no sugar, perfect to take with my iron since it has vitamin c, and overall amazing!

I was so happy to find these gummies! Gummies obviously taste better than having to keep swallowing so many pills I’ve been taking biotin, and vitamin A separately but with just one gummy I’m already getting more biotin than I was by taking 3 of my pills. AND that’s not even counting the vitamin A pills that I’m now able to combine. I like having strong, long nails. I also like having full long hair. As I’m aging, it’s getting harder with health issues so I really like that the ingredients seem to be natural and of good quality. Even sugar free. Amazing!
