I've been taking it for a month now. Overall I like it. Hair began to fall out less, skin quality improved and nails became stronger. I'm very pleased.

Used to keep this on rotation and stocked at home but it became less affordable

I gave these vitamins three stars because even though they are good quality, have a decent enough taste, and are natural and their size make them easy to swallow, I didn’t see results. The problem is I’ve been taking them regularly for many many many months and I see no difference in my skin or hair or nails. I wonder if it’s actually beneficial for skin, hair and nails? In the meantime, I will keep taking them until I finish the bottle, but I don’t think I will order again.

I noticed an improvement in my nails; they became stronger. I didn’t notice anything else—maybe I should have stayed on the vitamins for a longer period.

I feel it has really helped my hair look and feel softer. Skin and nails look healthier as well. It's very effective, does what it says. The pills are a bit on the big side and they have an earthy taste but they go sown easily with no after taste or stomach upset. I feel good about my purchase as it is a good product at a good price.

This is the kind of vitamin you have to use for at least 3-4 months to see some action on your hair and nails and its more on the expensive side but good ingredients ive never had any bad reactions.

I love MegaFood, this brand is trustworthy , uses high quality ingredients. You can tell the difference after 2month for your hair, it's amazing! The downside is the pills size are a bit too big.
