The quality of the powder is soft and fine; it dissolves well in lukewarm water. Avoid dissolving it in colder temperature as would get clumpy.

I like that there is no taste to this, though I add a bit of stevia. Only downside is that if taking the recommended dose, there are only 12. Too soon to see results, but my friend who takes daily has great, thick hair and glowing skin in her 70s. I like that there are no added "flow" agents, etc., though I am skeptical of the source of fish since Garden of Life was purchased by a large corporation.

I wish this was NSF Sports certified so that I could trust the purity more. It blended well and seemed to work. It's nice that it has Hyaluronic Acid (HA) in it as that helps the Collagen.

This is a really good collagen with a high dose. What I love most is that it has absolutely no taste—it’s the most tasteless collagen I’ve ever tried. Mixing is almost perfect; at the end, there’s a little bit of clump, but it dissolves easily after. Excellent quality!

Although I do not like the idea of ingesting animal products, it is the best way to keep your collagen at optimal levels. It does not have a weird smell or taste, and I mix it with my protein powder. Used to buy the plain version (also from Garden of Life) , as it is less pricey, but I prefer this one as it also has a bit of fish collagen peptides and 120mg of hyaluronic.
