I bought this supplement on a whim based on research regarding its power to aid the body. . . and I am astounded by its effects. I just finished my first bottle and bought two more. I struggle with acne (at 45) because of food sensitivities and taking three pills a day has kept my skin soft and blemish-free. Additionally, it creates more youthful skin! I am so overjoyed to have taken a chance on this supplement. It is one I won't be without.

I believe this is helping me increase my stamina and feel more energetic. The effect is usually subtle, as I take multiple supplements. But one day, I (accidentally) took one capsule in the morning and another in the evening, and my mood was very much elevated the following morning. I don't plan to keep doing that, but I believe it demonstrates the effectiveness of this product.

I purchased the product for my mother for osteoporosis. It really helps her with the pain. I use it for cravings for sweets and it really helps me with the cravings, especially at night.
