I do notice improvement in focus and self control when my toddler consumes it. I like that there are 2 types of omega, taste is good too! I add it to the morning porrige.

Good quality, helps children to study well. The taste is great, my daughter (8 y.o. ) really likes it. The bottle size is rather big, we can use it for a long time (but it is important to keep it in the fridge!). We tried other flavors before, the Peachie one is quite tasty.
