Long relied on highest quality very lightly Pineapple/Coconut-flavored Lecithin granules from food crop (not herbicided/pesticided sunflower) daily in water or milk though can be put in many foods. Emulsifies fats/oils, clearing veins like soap, and supports my liver energy and toxins-clearing, and my concussed senior brain, and others comment too how it helps joints flexibility.

The coconut and pineapple taste is a little overpowering, I think they could have used slightly less in the lecithin and lowered the price slightly. It tastes ok but it reminds me of those coconut jossticks from Camden Market. Also the granules look really pale and feel really dry in the mouth, I guess it's because of the added ingredients. The jar itself is terrible. The screw on lid doesn't screw on properly. It's hard to get it on straight, compared with every other plastic jar I've ever bought, and when it is on straight, you turn the lid and you get some resistance, and you think 'i'll turn it a little more' and then the tab/thread jumps and it is loose again and you have to continue to turn it until you get some resistance and then stop. I'm not expecting to tighten the jar like the Terminator but this is pathetic, and for an expensive product they are obviously cheaping out on the packaging to maximise profits. I won't buy it again. If you do buy it I'd recommend keeping an empty plastic lecithin jar from another brand and transferring it, it is that bad.
