It is hard to say whether this really did anything for hair and skin health after only one package, but they are delicious and an excellent healthy "dessert" post lunch for those people who struggle with 'sweet tooth.' The only criticism is that they dissolve more than you would actually chew them.
I didn’t notice much difference in my hair or skin, but I definitely saw an improvement in my nails, which is where I needed it most.

I bought this supplement because test results showed that I was low on GLA. It doesn't have the texture of a gummie, it's a little more squidgy, but I eat it along with something more solid so it's fine. The taste is very pleasant.

These come in a convenient size and packaging - I like anything gummy form for adults as I have difficulty swallowing. The taste is just average - nothing to shout about. Popped them when I was seemingly dropping more hair than usual.
