i take this Phytoceramides now for months. in the first 2 months i don't see a lot of benefits. after 3 months the quality started to work on my skin. the skin around my eyes is not more dry with this fine lines. so i m 32 years old and i wanna do something to give a push on my hydration from inside. i takes time to see the first results you don't see immediately after taking the pills.
