I’m on my 2nd bottle of this pleasant tasting liquid iron. I’ve found it much more effective than the capsules I was taking. It’s more absorbable, and I feel better, more energetic than I was when taking iron capsules. The quality is high, because it’s bio available ferrous bisglycinate chelate for max absorption of it’s all natural ingredients
My doc recommended I start an iron supplement due to low iron levels in my body. Tablets upset my body, so I researched and purchased Nature's Answer Gentle Iron. I mix it with juice or tea and there is no heavy metal after taste. It has made a big difference in my energy levels.
I have a hard time finding vitamins that don’t upset my IBS, especially liquids. This iron supplement really pasted the test!
Compared to many other iron supplements I have taken in my life, this one I can actually notice an effect from immediately. I feel increased energy and stamina, and use it during pregnancy to up my iron levels. My fatigue symptoms pretty much went away after three days. I don’t love the taste, but that’s not because of this supplement, but because the after taste of iron is really gross in my opinion. Highly recommend!
The ingredients are good, and the size is big. I used it during pregnancy when I had iron deficiency and it helped me a lot. I like that it did not give me any symptoms like constipation, that some iron supplements give. The taste is okay for an iron supplement.

I like it and it si very easy to take. Iron in liquid from is far superior in absorption. I have tried other brands in liquid from but the taste wasn't as good as this one Disclaimer: Not medical or professional advice.
Easy to take. Does not cause constipation. It has of course a slight metallic taste but if you mix it with a bit of orange juice you can’t taste it at all
I find that using liquid iron is easier on my stomach than taking it in pill form. This is my first time trying this brand.
