These are my first biotin gummies that I have tried. I haven't noticed any significant changes in the condition of my skin, nails, or hair yet, but it's very tasty to eat. I think it's a good product and I trust this brand, I'm still not giving up hope that maybe I'll see a change when I use it longer.
The raspberry flavor is really good and there is a lot of biotin in each, so I appreciate the ingredients. I usually buy a different brand but these were on sale so decided to try them and happy I did. Not seeing any big difference but I was already taking biotin so expect it to be about the same
