After (and during) having breastfed my 2 babies for 5 years, I've upped my supplements game ~> taking multivitamins, fish oil and eating foods that contain lots of calcium and iron. But I've never tried collagen before... So since my age is catching up, I decided to give it a try! Regenotin is meant to improve nails, hair and skin! So far am loving it. It is easy to swallow and has no weird taste/aftertaste. Suitable for vegetarians too!
Bough this for my mom. She been experiencing hair loss problem. And her skin has been dry this this early summer. After a month, we seen some great improvement. Her skin has been a lot smoother and skin tone is way brighter than before. We will def buy this product again

Bought this as my usual orthosilicate supplement was out of stock for ages. Contains same ingredients as other product but also Contains biotin which I don't like taking in high doses.
This is a good brand for collagen, but it is hard to see the effects. I stopped using when I read that collagen is better consumed through food for better results.

Capsules are easy to take, and the clean formulation is a plus. Took off one star just because it takes time to see visible results.
