I am glad I found these since you get a four mnth supply and the 5 000 mcg dosage is good enough for me. One gelcap a day does the trick. It is easy to swallow and I have no side effects. All is good I will wait a few months to see if there is a difference with my nails and hair.I like this stuff. I take biotin every day my diet. Have for a couple years now.
