I have been using this hair care supplement from Mary Ruth’s for the past 2 and a half weeks after discovering Mellisa the hair loss expert on TikTok, i have female pattern hair loss and have started trying to find things to help reduce hair loss and strengthen my hair. I have already seen some tiny new hairs sprouting so so far i’m really impressed. I was looking for the cleanest product with good quality ingredients and this is what i have found. Great Ingredients, but you pay for it
The ingredients are high quality and food based, which impressed me. The taste is also pleasant and I like to mix it with yogurt or in a smoothie. My main issues are the price and my partner and I both took it for a month but didn't see noticeable results. I know natural products can take time to see the benefits, but if we're spending more than $2 per day for each of us, we were hoping to see some improvement after a month. Both of us are still losing hair readily. I think mine has improved a bit, but my fiance's has not.
