I was impressed by the ingredients. After a month I noticed my nails that typically break at a certain point we’re going strong and healthy. The size of the pill isn’t too bad but I didn’t love the dosage of two capsules. Would still recommend. No smell or off putting taste.

My Dad have bad enzema and very dry skin and I am buying this for him to try since it is vegan. It is not advisable for him to take any marine collagen so this form of vegan collagen could help to reduce the dry skin issue. The ingredients seems safe for him and the size of the pill is tolerable. I am hoping this works well to maintain moisture in his skin.
