This collagen is the best I have tried so far, it comes in liposomal form which means it’s easily absorbed. I suffer from protein deficiency and I have found that this is a great source of proteins to add to my daily intake. The taste is quite neutral and pleasant, I take it mixed in water with some quality salt, but it can also be added to other foods not really affecting their taste. After a couple weeks use I already see my nails smoother and less hair loss!!

I've been taking another collagen powder from this company for a long time and really liked it, so I decided to try this new formula and it didn't disappoint me either! It doesn't dissolves well in cold water, leaving clumps. But it doesn't have a specific taste to it, so it is easy to add to any kind of drink or food. I find that it works best for me with a morning yogurt or kefir. I just mix them together and add some cocoa and fresh berries - makes my perfect breakfast! It also great with a warm tea of coffee

I can recommend this colagen due to a good results after using it during a month. The taste is ordinary like other kind of colagen without added flavors. Befor using it, I had knee pain, after it reduced considerably. I believe in good quality of this product.

Been using this for a while, feel a big improvement in my skin and joint health! I have it with my morning coffee. It's best taken on an empty stomach. You can take it with smoothie or yoghurt

The powder is quite difficult to dissolve even in hot water. I mix a spoonful into my instant coffee and pour boiling water in, it still takes alot of stirring to be dissolved. If I mix this into a shake bottle and have it cold, it will be lumpy. It alters the taste of my coffee, and though it is not horrible, neither is it pleasant tasting either. Have been taking this for 2 months, alternating it with another collagen in caplet form as this is inconvenient when I need to pop my supplements quickly before heading out or when travelling. Frankly, I don’t see or feel any difference yet. But I’ll continue to take it.

This collagen is good so far. I prefer the unflavored variety. This does take awhile to dissolve but honestly most collagen powders do not dissolve instantly. I like to put a little water in a glass, then powder mix it some then add more water on top and just let it sit for a couple of minutes while I mix it with a spoon or fork. I just drink this in plain water. I used to dissolve my collagen powders in hot tea or coffee but I read that the heat does not fair well. It is rather pricey for the amount you get, but it is liposomal.
