I bought marine collagen because I had pain in my knees after sitting for a while and then standing up. After a month or two, it was so much better, my joints are relieved. I’m 49 and I’ve been using it for 8 months now. I reordered. But I have to say that I didn’t notice any change in my skin or nails (although it was not my goal).

the quality is very good and it blends quite well especially in warm drinks (dont use it in very hot drinks as it may denature the proteins). Theres a scoop inside and I like to mix it in my matcha latte. the ingredients are clean and the packaging is alright even though I had a quite a struggle opening the lid but its all good now. dont forget to pair it with vitamin C to get the best benefits!

I've tried several brands of wild-caught marine collagen, and this one has the mildest taste and smell of all that I've tried. It dissolves the best when you let it sit in the water for a few minutes, but it also mixes up well with a little handheld frother/blender. Price is also great!

My dermatologist recommended this product to improve my hair loss situation. I have used it for a month, cannot really tell a lot about the benefits yet, but I love that id does not have a taste, it can be added to sweet or salty food (I usually add it to my protein shake). Packaging could be more convenient as you have to very carefully screw the lid (I tested the hard way - powder all over my table). Overall a great product, I am waiting for the benefits for my skin, hair and nails.
