Quercetin and zinc are more effective when taken together than individually. I have been buying this for my daughter, together with other supplements, as a support for her immune system for several winters now. I can't say precisely how good or effective it is as she also take other supplements, but so far so good. It seems to keep her healthy and she doesn't mind the taste.
