Taste is quite neutral, I used these noodles to make a pad thai and was pleasantly surprised and inpressed. Filling but not a crazy amount of calories. The package size easily feeds two people. It might have spinach in it but the taste isn’t there, just let the noodles soak in hot lemon water for 10 mins and they’re good to go.

I’m really impressed with the Miracle Noodle Spinach Angel Hair. I love that it has no fishy smell at all! It's such a big difference compared to many other konjac noodles. The texture is satisfying and has a nice bite, and it’s not the typical super-thin angel hair style, which makes it feel more filling and enjoyable to eat. Definitely a great low-calorie option I’ll keep buying!

I’ve eaten these uncooked but better drained and warmed up. My fave is with just butter, salt and Parmesan cheese! Good on my tummy and low carb option to pasta. Will buy again. :)
I just re-ordered it as it's really good product. it helps you eat less calories but to maintain high volume of food . the flavor is good.. not like a real pasta but good enough for my cravings. I would maybe make also a bigger size of packaging.
