i’ve been taking this everyday when i wake up an hour or so before i eat breakfast it it’s been ANAZING at helping me manage my insulin, hunger levels and sweet cravings. i was diagnosed with PCOS and my mom immediately got me this and i actually see a different between days i take it and days i accidentally forget. its also been helping to overeat less which is amazing!!! if you have PCOS or insulin resistance i’d definitely recommend taste and smell is non existent, size is nothing too big, quality is top notch!!
