I bought these for my mother because it was recommended by her doctor. She takes one a day and has been doing it for a while. The pill size is a little big, the flavor is a bit mild. But needless to say, it does what it's supposed to. The quantity is great for the price that is paid. The bottle packaging is big. The quality seems to be fair. The ingredients are a bit minimal compared to other brands. I would suggest doing your research to actually determine if this product is right for you.
