Turmeric stains and changes food colors to yellow/orange so I wanted a way to take it without adding to food. These gelcaps are excellent. There is no smell and they are easy to swallow although they are pretty big. NOW foods is one of the best brands iHerb carries.
Perfect for arthritis and RA if u take it with pomegranate juice and pineapple juice throughout the day ( not all together). I usually take this with ibu 800 mg (for 4 days the ibu the rest i continue on a daily basis) and then my RA pain which is excruciating goes away. Also helps against infection. Took it for 1 year during first covid period when masks were still not around and all the teachers in the school got an infection, covid or the flu, except me.
I dropped all my supplements when I was having trouble swallowing large pills, but arthritis aches returned with a vengeance within a couple of weeks, so I resumed the Boswellia and Turmeric, and the aches eased quite a bit. I prefer these softgels, as they're easier to swallow and actually seem to me to be more effective.

The gummies are quite big, so not ideal if you have trouble swallowing. The quality is excellent—nothing to complain about, exactly the composition I was expecting. Absorbs really well, and I can feel the effects. Great for supporting the microbiome and overall body processes. The package is a good size.
