This product has been helpful for 3 members in our house. For myself, I find it very helpful premenstrually, if I take it from ovulation to menstrual cycle it helps me feel calmer and happier. It's greatly helped my 8 year old with mood; after taking it she became calmer and happier most of the time. She has PANS for mood instability can be a real challenge for us and this has helped greatly. Once I added this to her supplements she was much calmer and happier. It's definitely not enough by itself as PANS is complex, but it's an essential for her and the sanity of our home - for now. My husband also started taking it in the winter as he's prone to SAD from lack of winter sunlight. It did seem to improve his mood and calmness also. I’ve been on Sertraline for two years now and have been taking the Seeking Health Serotonin along side for close to 6 months. I had my pharmacist cross check it was safe and they said it was a great addition to take as it aids the release and absorption. I love the fact that there is no synthetic folic acid added and the product is quality compared to others on the market. If I miss a day of my antidepressants, I’ve noticed that I don’t have side effects since taking this supplement.
Got this for my partner his has ADHD 2 days into taking this a big change. he could concentrate all day at doing his jobs. before after an hour he would start complaining and leave it for another day just the right balance
Just make sure you don’t take this every day and become dependent on it. I cycle it every few days and skip on good days.

I love this brand but I didn’t see any difference when taking this. It made me sleepy so I took it at night and didn’t feel any benefits for my mental health while taking it.
