I actually purchased this for my 8 yr old dog, because experience has taught me that glucosamine works extremely well for preexisting joint conditions in dogs, so I thought I'd start before the fact this time. This product is excellent quality and its not difficult to figure out your dog's requirement based on 1gm per 40kg of dog. The price is excellent too, so you will get your money's worth as well.
Dietary Supplement Source Naturals Glucosamine Sulfate is a naturally occurring amino sugar. Amino sugars are key constituents of larger compounds called glycosaminoglycans and glycoproteins, which bind cells in tissues together. They are necessary for the construction and maintenance of virtually all connective tissues and lubricating fluids in the body - tendons, ligaments, cartilage, bone matrix, skin, joint fluid, intestinal lining, and mucous membranes. Glucosamine Sulfate is complexed with potassium chloride to enhance stability.

Easy to add to smoothies! I also give it to my older dog, just sprinkle it on her food. Keeps her joints mobile.
my father is 63 years, weight is 98kgs,height 181cm, started developing knee pain while walking, so I did some research, that joint is made of collegen (outer part) and protoglycons {inner parts, means chondroitin, other gags (hydration)}. so body makes chondroitin and other gags from glucosamine sulphate and other micronutrients for this process magnesium (atp) and manganese (enzym) so much important also other nutrients such as msm,vit c,vit b and for collegen (glycine, proline, lysine, etc) so gave him this glucosamine sulfate, msm, manganese, magnesium bisglycinate, vit b and vit c(from guava) within 2-3 months his pain is gone and still not reduced weight (but will soon) yay it works, but need to give it with other nutrients to give results faster and work efficiently. also how do body makes glucosamine sulfate? glutamine+magnesium+vit b complex=glucosamine sulfate
Very good product. I use it for joints pain, particularly the knees and it does help.
Purchased this to complete my daily joint stack alongside Collagen, MSM, and Vitamin C. While it’s not something where you feel a dramatic overnight difference, glucosamine sulfate is a solid long-term investment for cartilage support. Appreciate that it comes in bulk powder form, is sodium-free, and mixes easily into drinks. Hoping it pays off over time!
Supplement name: Source Naturals, Glucosamine Sulfate Powder, Sodium Free, 16 oz (453.5 g) Supplement scores: 5 Introduction & context: Glucosamine sulfate is a popular supplement for joint health, often claimed to alleviate osteoarthritis symptoms and slow cartilage degradation. This product provides 1500 mg per serving in a powder form, priced around $0.10/dose. It is third-party tested by NSF, ensuring purity and label accuracy. Evidence summary: Numerous RCTs have investigated glucosamine sulfate, with mixed results. A Cochrane review found a modest benefit in pain reduction, particularly in knee osteoarthritis, but overall evidence is not definitive. Effect sizes are generally small, and trials often vary in quality. Human studies consistently use doses of 1500 mg/day. Formulation & quality analysis: The product uses glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride, a common and well-absorbed form. It is free from sodium, excipients, and artificial additives, aligning with clean labeling practices. NSF testing confirms the absence of contaminants like heavy metals. Safety & interactions: Glucosamine is generally safe, with mild side effects like gastrointestinal discomfort reported. Caution is advised for individuals with shellfish allergies and those on anticoagulants due to potential bleeding risks. Personal experience after taking the product: No significant joint pain relief or mobility improvement was observed over two months. Value & practicality: At $0.10/dose, it is cost-effective. However, given the equivocal evidence, alternatives like chondroitin sulfate or lifestyle modifications might offer comparable benefits. Overall verdict + score: Moderate efficacy supported by some evidence; clean formulation and good value. Score: 7.0. Who it's for: Individuals exploring joint health supplements with realistic expectations. Consider alongside other interventions. I would not personally prioritize this due to limited impact observed.
Excellent quality product from a trusted brand. The powder is clean, fine, and mixes easily without any unpleasant taste. Being sodium-free is a big advantage, especially for long-term use. It feels pure, well-processed, and the packaging keeps it fresh and protected. Considering the quantity and quality, the price is very reasonable. It works exactly as expected and fits smoothly into a daily wellness routine. One thing I personally noticed is that during shoulder training I used to feel a continuous knocking/clicking sensation in my left shoulder. With regular day-by-day use, that sensation has gradually become much rarer, which feels encouraging and positive for my workouts. A great choice if you’re looking for a high-quality glucosamine supplement in powder form. Consistent quality, good value, and definitely worth usage.
This Glucosamine is a really good product; it's truly one of the best brands. We've tried it as a family, and it works wonders for our children. I also like that it's not too expensive and has been tested to be chemical-free. Very good.

seems working on my knees, very good quality and good absorption 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
