Choline and inositol have been very helpful in in lowering my husband's ALT liver enzyme level. His ALT increased due to saw palmetto intake. Beware of saw palmetto because it might harm your liver! I have also used Swanson for other supplements before and I'm happy this this brand. The capsules aren't too big so no problem for swallowing.
