It is easy to take! Ingredient is purely inositol powder with a bit sweet taste. I mix it with water when I take other supplements or mix it with yogurt. Quality is pretty good and I started getting my period more regularly (every 1.5 months). I have borderline PCOS with irregular period my whole life.

I have been taking Inositol (either this brand or NOW) for years. I understand that this relative of the B-complex family (not actually B8) is supposed to have many benefits for the nervous system, so I have been using it (though not every day) for a long time, in the hope that it will live up to its promise. It seems that high potency doses are tolerable and actually employed for certain conditions, but the quantity on the label (whether bulk or capsules) is what I usually abide by. The capsules often contain magnesium stearate, so I prefer the simple bulk powder for the purity of its ingredient, although either way is easy to consume. There is actually a pleasant to this "sugar" when mixed in juice, dissolves easily with no bitter taste or unpleasant after-effect..

Quality of this inositol is really excellent. Pure ingredients. A big size of package. I really like that it doesn’t have any smell or taste.
