I read that glutamic acid is an enzyme only found in wheat, which I have an intolerance for, so I ordered this so I could still get it’s benefits. I do believe it is helping my brain to function better.

I got some L-glutamine but it caused me some nausea and dizziness. I like this product and the pills are small in size and an optimal dosage (not too high!). I got these to benefit my stomach because I do get weird burning pain at times and hope this will help it out.
