For me it is a good quality form of B5 vitamin and a in 300mg dose per capsule it has good potency. Helped me with adrenal disregulation, and improved energy and brain fog.

I really like the little gel caps and they go down easily. Price and packaging were very good for pantethine, the more active and stable form of B5. There aren't too many options for pantethine offered so far but I like this supplement from Swanson. May take a few months to see the effects it has on lipids.

This expensive supplement was highly recommended by my naturopath but it's difficult to find and cost an arm and a leg when I could find it. Swanson came through again..At Swanson it's affordible, always available, and in this sof-gel form, easy to absorb. I'm happy and so is my naturopath!
