Pantothenic Acid B5, 100 Veggie Caps

As a long term hormone acne people, I found it really help me in rebuild my damaged skin from bad scars ; such as , box scar etc. But you have to take it only in a long run for reviving new skin cell. My teenage son took three tablets three times a day with meals (so 9 tablets a day) for his (cystic) acne and it has cleared up his skin so well!! He barely gets any break outs, anymore! You can dial down the amounts of tablets after a while. Just monitor how many you need. Vitamine B5 is water soluble so it’s safe to take more than it says on the bottle in case of severe acne you probably need to dial up the amount you need because your body has trouble absorbing B5. I don’t know why have changed the packaging but this is one of the most effective supplements for acne prone skin. Thank god it has cleared my acne but i still use it from time to time when i eat something that would cause me to get breakouts. Btw It has no taste

The work of Vitamin B5 or Pantothenic acid is to help body to convert food into energy and as well to clean the skin (from the inside). Due to the later one it has been effective in combating pimples, acne and improving skin texture. Recommend to take about 2-4 caps daily with meal for at least a week to see the results = you will visibly have less acne (either cystic or hormonal) in some cases they will be completely gone. I think it was okay in size tased bit strange lol but I do not know why it didn't give me the expected results that I needed for energy level however the other brand I purchased was able to boost my energy level I hope it's just a personal thing
